RTC Consulting Sdn Bhd

The company was incorporated in 1997 with the intention for trading and consulting business. The company commenced trading within 3 months from the date of incorporation in consumers’ products and consulting services.

From 2001, the company’s core business activities are professional training and consulting services.

Our scope of consulting services includes accounting and taxation services. Our taxation services though not limit to compliance, are mainly in consulting, tax audits and investigation, cross border tax planning and operational and ad hoc tax planning. Our tax consultant director is very experience and specializes in property development and contracting activities, cross border planning and pre tax audits review. Our clientele for compliance services includes two public listed companies and subsidiaries, other subsidiaries of public listed and non public companies in various businesses.

We provide tax planning services to property developers in restructuring land and advise on joint venture agreements and other arrangements.

The company has being actively and successfully offering professional tax services and professional courses in Taxation, Accounting and English Language. Apart from public seminars/workshops, we also offer in-house trainings and workshops that are tailored specifically for each company’s needs.

Our strong points in training are our capability in providing experienced speakers for all courses and which are done in practical and hands-on approach. Our panel of qualified speakers each has more than 20 years of practical experience in their respective field and has done training extensively.

The full time tax consultant / trainer holds an Accounting and a LLB(Hons) qualification and a Tax Licence from the Ministry of Finance.

Our technical staffs are all qualified personnel.
