Introdution

The Ninth Malaysia Plan, a budget on the development projects, was revealed by the Prime Minister in March 2006.  The old sum of RM170b under Eight Malaysia Plan is now surpassed by RM200b and together with another RM20b reserved for projects under Private Financial Incentives there are plenty of jobs for every contractors and financial businesses for banks. In order to achieve the Developed Nation Status by 2020, the Federal government is committed to build progressive, skilled and farsighted contractors and bankers.
Once contracts are awarded, the implementing of these jobs may be an uphill task, and total ignorant on how to execute them will be disastrous for the contractors and the banks. Thus, it is the objective of this course motivator to share his experience in construction and property development to guide the participants to understand the intricacies of constructing so as to make construction financing works well and smoothly for their companies so as to repay the banks for the loans granted.
